TBPM joined African Rainbow Minerals Limited at University of Limpopo career fair to showcase youth development opportunities in mining sector. The career fair provided an ideal platform for BPM to interact directly with young people, sharing information on opportunities such as graduate opportunities, learnerships, and cadet programmes aimed at equipping young people with practical skills and workplace readiness.
Through this initiative, BPM reaffirmed its commitment to creating awareness of career paths in mining addressing youth unemployment and prioritising youth development.
