Since February 2025, Dolly’s canteen has become a popular spot for BPM employees, serving delicious meals while promoting community connections. She employs three (3) local women, providing valuable work experience and economic opportunities.
“My entrepreneurial spirit was ignited by my family’s encouragement and support. As I look to the future, I plan to introduce an innovative system that allows workers to use their clock cards to purchase meals. My vision goes beyond business, as I aim to encourage women to stand up for themselves and become independent”.
